What do I need to register? Top To register for free, all you need is a valid e-mail address, and login name and password, plus your name, company name, country etc... Once you've registered, you can use this same login name and password for all AtcoMaart products and services.
How do I register? Top Registration to AtcoMaart is simple and fast: 1. Click on the Register link at the Buyershome Page in AtcoMaart. 2. Complete the required fields. 3. Select any category in which you are interested (You should select at least one category for registration). Then Click on the submit button. 4. You will see a confirmation page. Don't forget to check your e-mail inbox afterwards and click the verification link in the e-mail we send you to confirm your registration.

We suggest the following general guidelines for creating passwords: • Use at least six characters. • Make a password easy for you to remember but hard for someone else to guess. • Avoid passwords closely related to your personal information, e.g. using your login name or company name as your password. • Use a mixture of letters or numbers and these punctuation (. _ -) - but do not use spaces.
Why do I get the error "This E-mail Address already exists" or "This Login Name already exists" when I enter my e-mail address or login name? Why does my registration form become blank when I submit it ? Top When you submit your registration form (by pressing the Submit" button), if the fields become blank and nothing happens, your browser's cookie setting may be disabled or set at a too high or restricted level. Cookies are used by our system to facilitate your use of AtcoMaart services. To complete your registration, please enable your cookies.
Once I'm registered, what happens next? Top After registration, you are automatically logged into AtcoMaart. You will then be able to use a much wider range of AtcoMaart services Important: After registering, we recommend that you go to your User Profile page and complete your contact and company information. This ensures that these details are pre-completed in the form each time you send an inquiry. To do this make sure you are logged into the site. The User Profile link will only appear in the left Menu after a successful login.

How do I login? Top Click on the Login link at the BuyersHome Page in AtcoMaart. Enter your User Name and Password and click the "Login" buttons
Why do I get an error when I type in my password? Top 1. Check how you are typing your password. Remember that passwords for AtcoMaart are case-sensitive. Example, if you entered "comPL3X" as a password during registration, the site will only accept "comPL3X", not "compl3x" or "COMPL3X". 2. Check if your keyboard CAPS LOCK has been accidentally activated. This may have caused you to unintentionally type your password in the wrong case.
What if I forgot my password? Top 1. Simply click on "Forgot your password?" at the Login Page. 2. Enter your registered e-mail address. 3. Click Submit to complete the process. Atcomaart will create a new password and send it with your login name to your registered e-mail address. Then use this new password to login. For your protection, this password is a random, system-generated password. Once you have logged in, you can change your password by clicking on the User Profile link in the left navigation bar. If you cannot remember your registered e-mail address, please contact us.
How do I update my User Profile? Top 1. First Login into your Account, Once you logged in, click on the My Account link in the right navigation bar and after that click on the Edit Account Info. link in that page. 2. On the Edit Account Info. screen, type in your new or updated information in the appropriate fields. 3. Click Update to save your changes. If you wish to add or remove product categories for your Product Alert follow the steps: 1. Click on the My Account link in the left navigation bar and after that click on the Edit Account Info. link in that page. 2. On the Edit Account Info. Screen, type in your new or updated the category information. 3. Click Update to save your changes.

How can I View my Shopping Cart? Top Once you have registered with us and logged into your account, you can click on 'View Cart' and you can check on all the items you had put in there. You can also remove an item by 'Clear Cart' deleting it totally. Incase you are happy with what you currently have in the Shopping Cart then click on the 'Check Out' button or browse through the site some more by clicking on the 'Continue Shopping' button. You can also change the quantity of the product, which you have selected to buy by 'Modify' button. What is Product approval process ? Top Atcomaart.com depends on the vendors for the quality of products supplied. The vendor supplying us with relevant certifications obtained for their products strengthens this trust. These could be any of the product certifications obtained from reputed organizations, which include ISI, BIS, CE, FCC, UL, GS, BS, TUV, etc. Alternatively, any supplier providing products of reputed brands and assuring us of the quality processes and controls involved in manufacturing the same products are also welcome and treated as a part of the product approval process. We require a product to be approved so that we can display all the certifications and brands, quality controls, etc. in the product listing. This helps build consumer confidence for purchasing the products.
How can I add my products as a supplier ? Top Click on the 'Login' Link at a 'Supplier Home' Page in Atcomaart. After login click on 'Add new Product' and select the category that match with your product and fill the required fields as well as brief description about the product. After clicking the next button you have to define the product price details as well as bulk order prices for the product after that you have to define the tax (if any). You can also define the technical information for the products and billing details.
