Customers must send us their cancellation request by emailing us at info@hola.ae<\/a> with their order number which they want to cancel.<\/p>\r\n

Once the cancellation email request is received by us and if the order has not gone into processing yet then we will approve the cancellation request.<\/p>\r\n

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit \/ debit card.<\/p>\r\n
