Entry (Residence) Permit for Family of Expatriate\u00a0<\/b><\/h4>
With effect from 20th March 2016, there is a new rule for applying Family (dependant) visa. Now while applying for Family or Dependant visa procedure is made easier than before. Once you have all the required Original documents ready, all the process can be completed from any authorized typing centre.
<\/b><\/div>

All the required charges such as Application fee, Bank Guarantee, Deposits, file opening and courier charges to be processed through any authorized Typing Centre. Due to any reason there is a cancellation of application, refund of all the amount can be processed through to the sponsor Bank account only. IBAN (International Bank Account Number) of the Sponsor (applicant) is required.\u00a0<\/p>

Once the visa is applied online, you will get the approval from Immigration through SMS. On receiving the SMS from the immigration (GDRFA) on your registered number you can then visit the Immigration centre. You will receive application status through SMS about approval or modification if any required in the application. On receiving the approval White colour Visa will be mailed to applicant\u2019s E-mail address. If you need pink colour visa, you can visit any GDRFA Dubai branch after receiving approval SMS.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

First Step :<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Dependant Entry Permit<\/b>\u00a0:\u00a0\u00a0<\/h6>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Type the dependant entry permit and scanned all the documents required at any authorised Tying centre to process the Family or Dependant visa. If the dependant is outside country then do Outside country typing, if he is inside country then do Inside country typing. All the dependant visa needs to processed online and wait for the approval message from GDFRA to the registered mobile number. On receiving the approval message the visa will be sent online to a registered email id at the time of application.\u00a0<\/p>

\u00a0Visa holder should enter UAE within 60 days from the date of issue and should complete Emirates ID, Medical and Visa Stamping within 60 days from the date of entry\/status change. If the visa holder couldn\u2019t enter UAE within 60 days from the date of visa issue, visa can be renewed against payment of Dh360+typing charge. This renewal is allowed two times.\u00a0<\/p>

If the Sponsor is\u00a0INVESTOR\/PARTNER\u00a0<\/b>the following additional documents are required: 1. There is a deposit of Dh3020 for each family member. This amount is refundable after cancellation of the visa from the Immigration. The amount will be credited to the sponsor account. 2. Trade License copy & partners List (second page of license) 3. LLC Agreement (share value should not be less than Dh70,000)\u00a0If the sponsor is Mother<\/b>\u00a0As per the UAE immigration rule, Mother can sponsor the child if receive NOC in Arabic from husband. If the husband is out of UAE, NOC has to be attested by UAE Embassy abroad and Ministry of Foreign Affairs inside the UAE.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

On receiving the online visa, and if the Dependant is inside the country then need to do the change status of the applicant. If the dependant is on tourist visa or Visit visa he need not travel outside the country. The change status can be done by applying through any authorised Typing centre. On receiving the approval message from GDFRA, the change status documents will be sent to a registered email id.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

On receiving the Medical report and EID application, proceed to the nearest Typing Centre to process the Visa stamping. Once the application is submitted online one should wait for the approval from the Immigration. The approval message will be received through sms on the mobile number given and an Airway bill number will be assigned to pick up the Original passport by Zajel. Kindly contact Zajel and arrange for pickup of documents. After the Visa is stamped on the passport Zajel will deliver the passport after 2 working days.<\/p>

Weak professions include: Follow up clerk, Archives Clerk, Insurance Clerk, Sales, Sales Representative, Sales Executive etc.\u00a0<\/p>

For Sales Executive: Dh4000 salary and Company provided Transportation is must (Transportation by First Party in Contract)<\/p>

The Family Visa in Dubai<\/strong> is a residence visa that allows expatriates to sponsor their loved ones and bring them to live in the UAE legally. This visa provides security and peace of mind for families who wish to stay together in Dubai.<\/p>

Any UAE resident holding a valid residence visa and earning the minimum required salary can sponsor their family. Eligible dependents include a spouse, children (sons up to 25 years old and daughters until marriage), and in some cases, parents.<\/p>
